They have EXCELLENT customer service I have bought 6 trucks since 1995 at Key Scales Ford and I won't go anywhere else! He came in on his day off to finish the sale, because I couldn't get out of work during the week to make the trip there! He went above and beyond for his customer! I felt bad and he was so sweet saying this is what I do and I love it! They also have a great selection of F150's that I wanted! No high pressure to hurry, to buy here, nothing, everytime I have been there! More

To my pleasant surprise, he said sure thing, took my information, and sent me on my way. He e-mailed me later that day with the information I had requested. Most dealers I have dealt with would have tried and pressured me into staying, taking a test drive, anything to try and get me to sign that day. Not Fred. Throughout the process, he was easy to deal with and did everything I asked of him. When I was finsihing signing paperwork and getting ready to drive away in my new truck, the manager, Don, cam and thanked me for my business and chatted with me for a few minutes, even though it was already after closing time and I'm sure they wanted to get home. He went out of his way to make me feel like my business was appreciated even though I had already signed on the dotted line. The deal was already done and everyone there was still going out of their way to make me feel appreciated. More

We cannot keep mechanics I would have given this dealership’s service department negative stars if able. This dealership’s service department is a JOKE!!!! My parent’s car, I would have given this dealership’s service department negative stars if able. This dealership’s service department is a JOKE!!!! My parent’s car, which they purchased from them with an extended warranty, broke down was towed there and it took 14 days (7 of which it sat on the lot never even looked at), over $1000 plus a $300 rental (because the items broken were not included under the warranty they sold them) and broke down again 2 weeks later for the same exact reason and then they wanted us to pay $500+ for a hose! They repeatedly told us they could not keep Mechanics and thus why it took so long. They assign you a “specialist” to deal with, Brandy, who was absolutely horrible to both them and myself. I would not send my enemy here. How they allow Brandy to be the face of there Service Department/Representative, I do not know. We are a Ford family. My dad worked there for 31 years, we have ONLY ever bought Fords and have never never ever been treated like this. Go elsewhere!!!! More

Best Service Ever I went on line and chose the Ford Edge I wanted. Rich Rysell contacted me and we talked back and forth to make sure it was the car I wanted. He took his time to show us the Edge and how to work all the many gadgets. It was the best experience ever, Rich is an awesome salesman. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle!!
