In & Out! Fred and Jonny were very respectful of my time. They understood that I am a busy guy and my total time at the dealership was approximately two and a h Fred and Jonny were very respectful of my time. They understood that I am a busy guy and my total time at the dealership was approximately two and a half hours! I feel like this is unheard of when buying a new vehicle. I knew exactly what I wanted we took the truck for a test drive came back went over all the details got the financing and agreed on terms. Fred just laid out the information and was very straight forward, no pressure. All of this took about and hour. I came back a coupe days later because Fred wanted to have the truck properly detailed and the paperwork ready to sign instead of keeping me there while we waited on everything to come in, again Fred understood I am a busy guy. When I came back to sign the paperwork I was turned over to Jonny Hideroa. We went over the extended warranties, he did not try to sell me on one option or another he just laid out the differences between them and gave me the details so I could choose what worked best for my needs. This process took a little longer because some of the digital documents were not working right, so instead of just waiting for the computer to correct itself which was not working very well, Jonny asked if I needed to move stuff from my old truck into the new one which I did and that gave him time to workout another way to finish signing the documents and get me on my way. I greatly appreciated Jonny's initiative in finding another way to complete the process. Overall great experience and I will be back when I need a new truck! More
