While at the other dealerships I felt pressured and the salesmen and managers trashed the other brand of cars I said I was looking at and the car I was trading in. I never got that at Key. They talked positive about the other make of car that I mentioned and never disrespected my choice in the car I was driving. Buying the 2013 Elantra was the worst mistake Ive ever made. Key Hyundai sold me a car with faulty brakes even though the received a notice (TSB) 6 months before I bought my car. Then when I took the car in to have the brakes replaced the service department damaged my front bumper. Also my salesperson never informed me that my NEW car didnt even have a spare tire. Oh, and they didnt even put an owners manual in the car...do yourself a favor and buy ANYTHING but a Hyundai but if you are set on a Hyundai then you should avoid Key Hyundai at all costs! More

I went to Key Hyundai to get the tires rotated for the first time on my 2013 Sonata SE. Kirk Putnam took care of making sure my tires were rotated, fluids topped off, inspected and washed.
