Unbelievable buying exp. Fred was a friendly, direct, and very helpful from the start of the buying process to completion of sales. In all honesty, i contacted another dealership about the price and they said that the sales price could not be beat. From the time we made the first phone call until we drove our new Santa Fe off the lot, we were treated like old friends, not like someone with money to spend. Richard spent just the right amount of time with us...very knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect of the process - not overbearing and pushy. We got just what we wanted and needed at a great price. Key Buick/Hyundai has a new lifetime customer. We will recommend Richard and the Key team to all of our friends and neighbors. I visited this dealership to test drive a 1-year old BMW 128i. I had never done business with this dealer before and so was not sure what to expect. We went in to look at the Hyundai Santa Fe and I had looked at a few other car dealerships. At Key I was treated with respect and all of the employees were so friendly and courteous. Bob D'Amelio (salesman) and Eric Thompson (manager) worked with my husband and I and couldn't be nicer. While at the other dealerships I felt pressured and the salesmen and managers trashed the other brand of cars I said I was looking at and the car I was trading in. I never got that at Key. They talked positive about the other make of car that I mentioned and never disrespected my choice in the car I was driving. I would recommend dealing with Key Hyundai for sales and service any day of the week and will send friends and family there. More

I came into dealer to pick up my car from your service dept. We just moved here 3 weeks ago and on friday 9/27/13 my car broke down and I had to have it towed in. Thats when I met Sharon and she was so helpful and nice, she made me feel very comfitable and took care of my needs like I knew her for years. She is a great asset to your company and would trust her completely. So I just wanted to get an idea of what a new Sonata was going for and what I could get for mine. I was very pleased with what Henry Haigler was able to do for me so I decided to trade in my 2011 Sonata for a 2013 Sonata. I would have no problem in telling people how good your dealership is. With my Hyundai lease coming to an end I came in to discuss my options for purchasing a new Hyundai. My sales representative was helpful at first, showing me new cars. However, when it came time to discuss prices and financing I had no room for negotiation. The representative offered me one option, a firm one, and didn't bother showing me any other options that might work better for me (different vehicles, lease options, certified preowned, etc). When I told him his numbers wouldn't work, he walked me out the door. What a terrible experience! I immediately got on the highway and drove to St.Augustine. They were incredibly helpful and I drove off in exactly what I wanted for a great price and I felt good about it! Key Hyundi should take some lessons. More
Buying the 2013 Elantra was the worst mistake Ive ever made. Key Hyundai sold me a car with faulty brakes even though the received a notice (TSB) 6 months before I bought my car. Then when I took the car in to have the brakes replaced the service department damaged my front bumper. Also my salesperson never informed me that my NEW car didnt even have a spare tire. Oh, and they didnt even put an owners manual in the car...do yourself a favor and buy ANYTHING but a Hyundai but if you are set on a Hyundai then you should avoid Key Hyundai at all costs! More
I went to Key Hyundai to get the tires rotated for the first time on my 2013 Sonata SE. Kirk Putnam took care of making sure my tires were rotated, fluids topped off, inspected and washed.
