FIrst new car since mid-80s! Jane walked me through every step of the leasing process, and entertained my mother as well! She was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and wen Jane walked me through every step of the leasing process, and entertained my mother as well! After 3 hours at a Prius dealership only to be told the price we had agreed upon was going to be raised by $1000 because I chose 0%/36 month financing. Since I had already told them I wanted the 0% financing, this came as an unwelcome shock. When I went to Key Hyundai, I was hoping for a slightly less time-consuming and deceptive experience. What I got was a friendly, non-pressure experience that was concise, to the point and timely. In one hour, I had test driven the car, received a trade-in value and shook hands on an "out the door" price that I was happy with. Instead of feeling badgered I felt helped - my sales person, Mike Fox, walked me through every step of the process with honesty, directness and no - nonsense.
