FIrst new car since mid-80s! Jane walked me through every step of the leasing process, and entertained my mother as well! After 3 hours at a Prius dealership only to be told the price we had agreed upon was going to be raised by $1000 because I chose 0%/36 month financing. Since I had already told them I wanted the 0% financing, this came as an unwelcome shock. When I went to Key Hyundai, I was hoping for a slightly less time-consuming and deceptive experience. What I got was a friendly, non-pressure experience that was concise, to the point and timely. In one hour, I had test driven the car, received a trade-in value and shook hands on an "out the door" price that I was happy with. Instead of feeling badgered I felt helped - my sales person, Mike Fox, walked me through every step of the process with honesty, directness and no - nonsense.
