I was tole there was no Tucsons available, then suddenly I was ask about a $500 delivery fee which was never told to me. I spoke with a sales manager in the Buick side about my frustrations and he immediately pulled my information and relayed it to a new salesperson in Hyundai and within 24 hours I was in the vehicle I wanted. Dale was very busy and attentive to me and my transaction to make things happen that seemed to have hit roadblocks with the prior salesperson. More
