To purchase a car I went to purchase a car which I needed. I was greeted by Robert Simmons; very pleasant and professional. I was introduced to Jane Cruz (the sales lad I went to purchase a car which I needed. I was greeted by Robert Simmons; very pleasant and professional. I was introduced to Jane Cruz (the sales lady). She listened to my situation, checked my credit score (which isn't great). She brought a SUV (which I requseted) for a test drive. She was patient, very pleasant. She went beyond trying to put me in the type of vehicle I wanted. I was met with many road blocks but Jane Cruz, Robert Simmons, and Alan Read helped me face and overcome the many obstacles and gave me a deal I couldn't refuse with my not so great credit. This was the first time I tried purchasing a car and they made the experience a great one. Unlike the previous dealership I visited. I would recommend Key Hyundai Buick GMC to anyone.
