He did his best to get my wife and I on our way quickly after we agreed on a price. He also told me to bring the car back since it hadn't been detailed. This is the first time I've ever bought a car without a lot of research, but my 2009 sonata and 2012 Santa Fe were good, so we'll see how the Tucson does. I probably should have gone for the higher priced model, but I didn't have the time. Anyway, Nelson did a fine job! More
