I went to the Honda Dealership for the morning reverse rattle on my 2008 Civic. Seiryta Khem also know as S.K. was very helpful and kept the car for reproducing the problem. Travis the service technician noticed the noise and started troubleshooting the issue, the issue was hard to fix as the noise was only present in the morning and when in reverse, but S.K was always willing to help and did his best to get the issue fixed. finally after a few trips the front passenger motor mount replacement fixed the issue. I have heard many complaints from people where such small noises/rattles are ignored by other dealers but S.K was very helpful and got the job done. Thanks More

I had a flat tire; my tire and wheel were under warrantee. I was lucky enough to have S.K. assigned to this service. He was able to jump through many hoops and even followed up on my tire and wheel warrantee. I was lucky enough to have S.K. assigned to this service. S.K. managed find a matching wheel and have it shipped from LA, the service was done in a most expedient manner.
