I had a great experience buying here. I had reached out about a truck they had just posted that didn't have many photos/details. I wasn't local so I had to trust Chris and he was incredibly supportive. I wanted to pick the truck up before I left for some travel and Chris helped make sure it made its way through the service work onetime. The finance manager I worked with, Julio, was also really nice and the paperwork was done in less than 30-minutes. Even the dealership itself is a step above the others I went to. I honestly have nothing but good things to say. They will be my dealer of choice from here on out. More

While we say everyone at Ken Grody was great, we want to call out our Sales Consultant, Brock Pizza and Finance Manager, Rafael Ballesesteros who are absolute ROCK STARS! My experience with Serge was amazing! Walking in, I told him I really would need to be little to no down on a 2024 Bronco Badlands. Originally it looked like I was going to have to put a minimum of 2k down to have my payment where I needed it it be because my credit was fair and not the best. They were still working my file as I had to leave so I was going to come bacl next week. I got a call back a couple hours later saying he was able to do it with only a $500 down payment, so we got it done same day. Didn't think I would be leaving with a car that day and if they didn't get my down payment that low I wouldn't have. Serge was there to take care of me. I went to another dealership closer to my house and they didn't try to work with me at all. Said I needed a huge down payment and didn't try to work other options. Glad to work with him and Angel. Will highly recommend them and Ford Carlsbad to anyone! More
