The worst experience I ever had. - Vargas

The worst experience I ever had. I dropped the truck with an appointment and they promised to check my engine and in 5 days they didn't have time to do it and the agent didn't even have the courtesy to call me and tell me the status of the truck. So I just took the truck home. I'll never ask for their service again.

5/5 Stars - Forever Customer I cannot recommend Nate - Bentleytober

5/5 Stars - Forever Customer I cannot recommend Nate Hart and the team at Tuttle-Click Ford in Irvine enough. I’ve been doing business with Nate since 2021, and this latest experience solidified why I will never buy a truck from anyone else. I ordered a custom 2026 F-350 Super Duty, and Nate went completely above and beyond for me. He made sure my order was treated as a top priority the entire time. His communication was flawless throughout the whole process, and he honestly kept my best interests in mind from start to finish. When it came time to sign, the paperwork was the easiest part. Dealerships usually try to play games at the finish line, but Nate and the Tuttle-Click team operate with total honesty and integrity. They gave me great upfront pricing, and the back office processed my payment smoothly with zero friction. No surprise fees, no high-pressure finance room tactics—just exactly the deal we agreed on. If you want a car-buying experience where people actually do what they say they're going to do, go see Nate Hart. Thanks again, Nate, for making this happen my family appreciates you!

Very disappointing experience with service - Kevin

Very disappointing experience with service department I brought my 2018 Ford Raptor to this dealership for a fully synthetic oil change and tire rotation and paid about $100 for the service. About a month later I noticed a large oil leak under my truck while leaving work. Because it was leaking heavily, I immediately took the vehicle to a trusted independent service shop to avoid risking engine damage. The technician there found the oil leaking directly from the oil filter area. The filter itself was damaged and cracked, and the oil appeared extremely dark for something that had supposedly been changed only a month earlier. Because of this, the truck required another oil change and filter replacement immediately just to make it safe to drive. According to the mechanic who inspected it, the oil filter appeared mangled as if significant force had been used on it, and based on the condition of both the filter and the oil, he believed the oil and filter may not have been changed during the original service. His opinion was that the technician may have struggled to remove the filter and left the original one in place, which would explain both the damage and the condition of the oil. I contacted the dealership to try to resolve the situation. They stated they had camera footage proving the oil change and filter replacement were completed. However, they refused to provide a copy of the video. The only thing they were willing to send were low quality screenshots from a distant camera angle, which did not clearly show the oil being drained or the filter being replaced. They insisted I would have to come into the dealership in person if I wanted to see the actual footage. When I spoke with the general manager, the conversation felt very dismissive. He repeatedly said the footage proved everything and that they were confident nothing was done wrong, but still refused to provide the video file unless I came in to watch it there. The only resolution they offered was a free oil change if I brought the truck back, which I declined because after this experience I no longer feel comfortable bringing my vehicle back to their service department. All I asked for was a refund of the original oil service, but that was refused. Between the emergency repair, the time taken out of my work day, and the inconvenience of dealing with this situation, the entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Not to mention the general manager Mike is extremely rude and unprofessional

I purchased a truck from North County Ford with 17k miles - dcburris83

I purchased a truck from North County Ford with 17k miles in late October. However, almost as soon as I took possession of the car, I noticed that there were loud squeaking noises coming from the braking system, which I did not notice on the test drive since we were not primarily in a parking lot, where the noise is most apparent. I then spent THREE solid weeks attempting to get ahold of someone, anyone who could talk to me about what kind of inspection had been done on the vehicle prior to being sold. I left a total of between 8-10 phone messages for the Sales Manager, Used Car Sales Manager, even the dealership General Manager who coincidentally were always too busy to take my call or return my messages. If I could’ve gone to the dealership, I would’ve, but I live out of state. Finally, I get ahold of a sale managers named Brad Triplett who confirmed that there was no record of the brakes having been inspected. He told me to take the car to my local Ford dealership to have them inspect and fix the brakes, so I did. Unfortunately the local dealership did not fix the entire problem at a first go. They replaced the back brakes, which were indeed low, and North County picked up the tab. However, the squeaking noise remained, and the local dealership had to replace the front brakes on a subsequent day. It was at this point, that the cowards at North County Ford, in particular sales manager BRAD TRIPLLET and service manager ALEX PEREZ decided that the fault here was with my local dealership and hence will not be paying to fix the brakes. Alex Perez in particular is an abject coward who refused to speak to me directly. Bottom line here, North County Ford sold me a practically new car, which somehow needed significant brake work the second I left the dealership. They told me they inspected the car to get me to buy it. Then they ghosted me for 3 weeks, and now is refusing to actually to help finish the repair. These people are sleazy cowards and I will never buy a car from them again, and you should not either.

We took our truck in for electrical recall issues. - Mark

We took our truck in for electrical recall issues. They repaired them and upon getting our truck home our lights were staying on. Google said that this could be a problem with our battery. We replaced the battery and that battery went bad within a few hours. We returned to Perry Ford and they said our alternator had gone bad coincidentally. They replaced our alternator under extended warranty but when we picked up our truck the drivers side headlight had gone bad. When we complained to the service tech, he said we never check things that our customers don’t complain about. We took our car in for an electrical problem not a problem with the headlight. Why would we complain about a headlight that was working before we brought the truck in? The service tech said he could not get a headlight in until 8 days from today. He said not to worry, we can take the truck into the shop when we get to Texas at a new $100 deductible. He said he would waive the $100 if we bring the truck back with a s*** eating grin after he knew the truck would be out of state. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Will never return to Perry Ford.
