Horrible service and obviously don't care about their customers We had battery discharging continually and I tried to call multiple times and was told they would refer to service department but they never called me back.

On a Monday morning, I dropped my F150 off at Ken Grody Ford for a 60,000-mile oil change and inspection. I also could hear a rattle under the hood when I started the engine. My service advisor, Angel, was incredibly polite and helpful throughout the process. Angel left a message on Wednesday afternoon to let me know that my truck was ready for pickup. When I got to the dealership he walked me to the cashier’s office and explained that the extensive repairs to my engine was covered under the warranty, and I only paid for the oil change. I highly recommend Ken Grody Ford for their exceptional customer service, prompt repairs, and reliable diagnosis and estimates. - [ ]
