My experience with Serge was amazing! Walking in, I told him I really would need to be little to no down on a 2024 Bronco Badlands. Originally it looked like I was going to have to put a minimum of 2k down to have my payment where I needed it it be because my credit was fair and not the best. They were still working my file as I had to leave so I was going to come bacl next week. I got a call back a couple hours later saying he was able to do it with only a $500 down payment, so we got it done same day. Didn't think I would be leaving with a car that day and if they didn't get my down payment that low I wouldn't have. Serge was there to take care of me. I went to another dealership closer to my house and they didn't try to work with me at all. Said I needed a huge down payment and didn't try to work other options. Glad to work with him and Angel. Will highly recommend them and Ford Carlsbad to anyone! More

BUYER BEWARE. Evidently this dealership does not do a thorough inspection of their used vehicles. I'm highly disappointed in my experience purchasing from them and will never do it again. I bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler with about 80,000 miles on it almost a year ago. Starting within six months of owning the vehicle, I've had a string of repairs costing me upward of $5,000. Now, almost a year from the purchase date, the vehicle needs a new engine quoted at over $12,000. Within one year of purchase this vehicle needs $17,000 worth of work, which is just absurd to me. I've bought many used cars in my life and have never experienced this. When I went to discuss this with them they essentially told me that this is just the risk you take when you buy a used vehicle and that they wouldn't help me in any way other than to offer me nearly nothing on a trade-in so they could make another sale to me. Avoid these guys at all costs. More
