Good guys This will be my 4th car that I have purchased from Ken Garff but my first that I have from their Ford store in American Fork. I do not like buying car This will be my 4th car that I have purchased from Ken Garff but my first that I have from their Ford store in American Fork. I do not like buying cars because of the sales and warranty guys you have to deal with BUT the sales people here were great. No pressure, extremely easy to talk to and did I mention NO PRESSURE? I now know why my step dad came and bought his fleet trucks from here a few years back. I highly recommend stopping by this dealership and dealing with more down to earth sales men/woman that are there to just answer your questions and help you find what your after. More

Purchase 2017 F150 Dealer handled price negotiations very poorly and not ethically. Hidden costs not discussed and only showed up as visible with the final paperwork. Dealer handled price negotiations very poorly and not ethically. Hidden costs not discussed and only showed up as visible with the final paperwork. After much arguing, the dealer removed the cost. This made what could have been a good experience very poor. As a past customer of Ken Garff dealerships, I will look to take my future car buying business elsewhere. I also had to return to the dealer to correct a problem that should have been corrected before or at the time of sale due to lack of attention and lack of product knowledge. More

Will not honor warranty I have taken my 2016 F150 in 4 times now for a popping noise in my steering wheel. Because the noise is intermittent we could not replicate the noise I have taken my 2016 F150 in 4 times now for a popping noise in my steering wheel. Because the noise is intermittent we could not replicate the noise in the limited amount of time the service tech would drive the truck. I was told by the warranty service person to take a video of the noise and bring it in to the dealership. I brought the video in today and was then told they could not do anything to warranty the truck by watching a video. Even thought the noise was obvious. (They told me to take the video!!!) I only have 6000 miles left on warranty and I am worried they will just keep avoiding fixing the steering problem until I am past my warranty mileage. I have bought 3 vehicles from Ken Garff and will not be buying another one. I was not treated this was by previous dealerships I have dealt with. Do not buy from Ken Garff. They will not back their warranty! More

No pressure deal We had a great experience at Ken Garff Ford in American Fork. There was very little pressure and we felt that they listen to us. When we made a deal We had a great experience at Ken Garff Ford in American Fork. There was very little pressure and we felt that they listen to us. When we made a deal, the whole process took less than an hour it was great compared other dealerships that we’ve gone to. Finance was less than 30 minutes. They were willing to work with us on getting just the right car even though they didn’t have it on the lot. Went through all the setup of the car until we were satisfied. Not your typical dealership, it was a great experience. More
