Good experience - had the exact vehicle I was searching for. I was not planning on purchasing when I stopped in. In fact, I had already visited two other dealerships to test drive similar vehicles, but their Fo I was not planning on purchasing when I stopped in. In fact, I had already visited two other dealerships to test drive similar vehicles, but their Ford Transits did not have a CD player installed so I didn't purchase. With this being my 3rd test drive of the day, I was just making sure I checked out all my options before driving home to St. George. Also, I have been doing my research on this vehicle for several months and knew what I wanted and what was currently available online. When I stopped by, I was pleasantly surprised to find this particular Ford Transit not only had a CD player, but also was a 12 seater rather than 15 passenger. My preference was a 12 seater so we would have more storage space in the back. Plus, it had low mileage which was great for a used vehicle. My preference was to have it transferred to the Ford dealership in St. George, but was given the option of negotiating a lower price instead which I accepted when my salesman offered to drive it down to St. George at no additional cost. The one thing that would have wowed me as a customer had it been done was to fill up the tank prior to delivery. Instead it was left close to empty. Owning my own business and knowing the importance of over delivering, this one thing would have put you over the top in my mind, but it was not something I was going to ask for because I wanted to see what your customer service culture truly was. This is why I gave a 4 star rather than a 5 star review. Otherwise, good job on everything else. More

Not trustworthy To be honest, my experience with your dealership has been a complete nightmare. I found Ken Garff Ford to be completely dishonest, unethical and lazy To be honest, my experience with your dealership has been a complete nightmare. I found Ken Garff Ford to be completely dishonest, unethical and lazy at every turn. Please feel free to share my frustration below with management. My frustrations stemmed from: 1. Your sales manager lying about the original problem we discussed (weird noise when going from a complete stop). The clunking was not from what he described. He just made up an excuse to get me to buy the truck. 2. I was told your team would for sure have this easy problem fixed by the time I picked it up 1.5 days later... it was not fixed. I was able to google and diagnose the problem with the truck Seemed like a simple fix that SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF. 3. Your team failing to admit that they never had the part to fix the problem with the truck. I should have been notified that you did not have the part needed to correct the problem. Instead you keep telling me that the truck will be ready in “10 more minutes”. Finally after hours of waiting I said the deal was off and I was leaving. Only then was I told that you didn’t have the part to fix the problem. 4. For some reason, I agreed to go forward with the deal and that your team would pay for the repair. I had to call NUMEROUS times just to make sure this was taken care of. As soon as I left your car lot, I was a complete afterthought even though the deal was not 100% finished. 5. I called your dealership SO MANY TIMES to let them know about the fix that your team was supposed to pay for. Every time I called I was told they knew nothing of the deal and they would call me back. NOBODY CALLED ME BACK. 6. Once the repair part was figured out with the other dealership other problems surfaced with the vehicle. In so many words, the Idaho dealership had to fix something else just to fix the original problem. Your team didn’t want to pay for the extra work. 7. During this process, the Idaho ford team could get ahold of your team. This left me without my vehicle for the weekend. 8. Title and registration- your team sent in the title and registration paper work 6 weeks after the sale! This paper work should have been completed and turned in weeks earlier. I called your team numerous times to see what the progress was. Many times I got the ‘We’ll call you back’ but was never called back. 9. My check engine light is already on 6 weeks after the sale. What was the service department even looking at when it was in the shop for 1.5 days? After the experience described above, you can now see why I would never recommend that anyone buy a car from this dealership. More

Not sure what to do now, as even the sales manager Al did not return my call today April 23!!!! More
