Worth traveling out of state to buy from Robert in the fleet department was really easy to deal with. No car salesman tactics or stereotypical “push for a quick sale” attitudes. I flew in from Las Vegas to buy my Ford Transit from them. The whole process was quick and easy, no surprises at the end. Highly recommended. More

Amazing experience all around I am the car buyer that does not like to walk the lot, look around and feel pressured. I prefer to do my shopping online and then have a pretty easy I am the car buyer that does not like to walk the lot, look around and feel pressured. I prefer to do my shopping online and then have a pretty easy and fast experience once decided, and I do not like pressure. I loved how Riley utilized texting. I could look at what he sent me, or I could just ignore it. He kept the right amount of distance and just the right amount of "soft pressure." When I was finally ready (like 3-4 months after initial contact) I went to the dealership and bought my car. These guys are all awesome. There is team work there, no one is trying to upsell, and you find yourself just being served. Loved everything about it, oh and my new truck is just what I wanted; it fit the budget, made the wife happy, and me too! Pefection! I wanted to make sure to recognize Scott Becker Jr. When Riley was busy, Scott would step in like it was his sale and I just loved the team work. Good job guys! More

Getting the run around. This was without a doubt my worst experience at a car dealership in my life. The deception, lies, and sneaky undermining that went on were blatant and This was without a doubt my worst experience at a car dealership in my life. The deception, lies, and sneaky undermining that went on were blatant and purposeful. I went in to buy two used cars with cash paid in full and after 5 full hours of credit checks(that they promised they wouldn't do) and having to provide references for what I don't know(cash paid in full). They still couldn't get it right. We went down the street and got a better deal and we treated right. Will not be back or give references to anyone to go there. My two college sons got to witness this fiasco and could not believe people could act in this manner. So there was a positive. Boys learned when dealing with a sales people like this get up and walk away. More
