The service department at Ken Ganley is truly fantastic. Josh kept me informed of my car's repairs and cost at each step, and made getting a rental a very easy process. The service manager, Bob, went above and beyond- my car was in and out of the shop over the span of a couple of weeks, and he dropped me off and picked me back up at home when needed, so I didn't have to miss work appointments.
