Josh (Advisor) as usual was great, very customer service oriented! Keep it up! Technician's work quality was poor: 1. All new winter tires' air pressure was set at 46 psi, max is 44 psi! 2. Mileage label for next oil change was set for after 2K miles instead of the usual 5K. 3. Driver's side rear wheel's cap of screw was missing or broken. When called to report on #1 mentioned above, Lisa (Advisor) instead of understanding the question being asked about tires being over inflated, she was not at all willing to listen and provide support. She interrupted and talked over. At present dash display shows Tire Pressure system error, even after tires were deflated to the correct psi. Before giving the vehicle to service there were no errors or cap of wheel nuts missing. More

When pressed after saying car was done, they admitted that they did not rotate tires as per 20K maintenance checklist. Had nonsensical statement about not rotating tires unless uneven wear, when regular that they did not rotate tires as per 20K maintenance checklist. Had unsatisfactory answer as to whether or not the AWD propeller shaft bolt was re-torqued at the last 15K maintenance. I have absolutely no confidence in the reliability of the stated service at this dealership. More
