Steve called me immediately regarding my issue. He had an estimated cost for the part when he called and was prepared to order the part right then and there. Josh was busy but took care of me right away when he saw me. The inspection took a little over an hour & Josh said it would take 1-1.5 hours. I am on my 3rd vehicle from Ken Ganley Toyota.
