My rep, Scott, listened to what I wanted to buy and although it wasn’t in stock he didn’t try to pressure me into buying something else just because it was in stock. I recently had an issue with my defroster temperature and brought it in under warranty service. I was told that the software patch required was not covered and had to pay for the service. I wasn't satisfie brought it in under warranty service. I was told that the software patch required was not covered and had to pay for the service. I wasn't satisfied with that and spoke with Toyota and they contacted the dealer. Although I wasn't satisfied with the situation, Robert was fantastic. He called me to get an understanding of the situation, followed up on my warranty, gave me a full refund and said he would address the issue with the staff. I appreciated his commitment to customer service and will certainly return for service and new vehicles in the future! More
