Steve called me immediately regarding my issue. He had an estimated cost for the part when he called and was prepared to order the part right then and there. He was pleasant and professional. He kept me in the loop the entire time. He even realized my inspection was just about up and they were able to inspect it while I was there. Josh was busy but took care of me right away when he saw me. The inspection took a little over an hour & Josh said it would take 1-1.5 hours. I am on my 3rd vehicle from Ken Ganley Toyota.
