I would not recommend buying from here. They took my car as a trade in for newer car. It took them over three weeks to get my loan payment paid off and we’re supposed to call me about car w They took my car as a trade in for newer car. Good quality, but they opt for expensive routes. Been here twice for service. Once they wanted to replace my entire exhaust pipe for a 2011 Prius with some condensation at a flange. I think they proposed the expensive repair b/c they only wanted to do the job once to minimize my hassle. Fixed it myself. Second time, I came for an oil change with a $35 coupon. The experience was nice, but they charged me $100 because my car took full synthetic rather than the blend stipulated by the coupon (which I presented when dropping off the car). Was able to bargain down so $70 because they did the oil change +multipoint inspection without telling me the coupon would not apply. To their credit, they did ask me if I wanted air filters replaced instead of just doing it themselves. More

The dealership as a whole is a nice place. i am not very happy during the signing of my lease, they tricked me into paying about $1700 more then i should have over the span of my lease (3years), unfortunately i was unaware of this till after the fact. ultimately, it is my fault for not verifying all prices, i would have just expected better treatment and more honest people. other then that i am happy with my experience.
