I called to have a problem diagnosed and get an inspection done. They had my car 2.5 hours. Told me they ran out of time to do the diagnosis. Which was needed to pass the inspection. The first time they looked at the vehicle to for repair it. I was told that it had to be painted, However, we had to wait for a loaner car to be available. I called the service department on the following Friday because I was told that it would probably be done by Lisa. She was not there that day so I spoke to a young gentleman. I asked if the car was done and was told that it was done. I asked if I could pick up the car on Saturday and was told that was fine. We went to pick up the car and it was not done so we had to make a special trip to pick up the car. I did not think that she was friendly at any time I had to deal with her. Obviously the service department is disorganized and no one seems to know what is going on but pretend that they do. I got the feeling that no one cared either. The paint job is a shade lighter and the shine is off compared to the rest of the vehicle. Did they forget the clear coat afterwards. They also got grey paint on the license plate protector so I replay it. That is not a problem but having to make unnecessary extra trips back and forth was. More
