I got my car back oil changed and heated seats installed. Seats were left on with no instructions or where the button was located. I had to call my salesman who I love he was of course able to assist me I Seats were left on with no instructions or where the button was located. Very odd after getting it back from a service center. I felt like the minimum possible is what was done. Just not confident in returning for service. More
I have been dealing with this dealership for many years. It is only the service department that is keeping me with them. The last purchase I made was my new Tundra. I was less than pleased with my trade in offer but bought it anyway since ordered just as I wanted it. If I get the same offer when time to trade this truck in I will not buy from this dealership. The day after my purchase my old truck which I was told would not go on dealer lot was there for $10,000.00 more than they gave me.. Service is great. Sales $#@#$.. I have bought 3 Tundras and 3 sedans from this location. I was never treated so badly as the last purchase and every once of service on all vehicles was preformed there. More
