I usually have a good experience with Kelly Nissan. However, this time communication should've been better. My car was there for 3 weeks and I had to eventually come up to be told oh the parts came in However, this time communication should've been better. The service department was faced with 2 challenges with my truck. The challenges were failure in 2 systems that were almost impossible to find the source of. The service techs never gave up, and Daniel w my truck. The challenges were failure in 2 systems that were almost impossible to find the source of. Service was okay. I had to remind my request to have back door lifters assessed and quote provided. Of course it came back high in cost.
