Without an opportunity to review the forms, we were immediately brought out to the car to go over features. I didn't catch the mistake until the first bill came. In the nicest possible terms, Brian's behavior was either negligent or unscrupulous. Because of his actions, I will never do business with Keating Toyota again. What happened was unacceptable. I currently have another car on order with this dealership, which I plan to cancel immediately. If you choose to buy from this dealership, I implore you to request paper copies of financial forms prior to signing, and review your documents for unexpected charges. What is being explained as you sign the electronic documents may not reflect the actual contents of the forms. More

I've checked several times the oil level after they told me they had changed the oil on my rav4 and the oil was very dirty. Likely they didn't rotate the tires either. It’s not Keating Toyota , It’s CHEATING TOYOTA , I went to Keating Toyota Manvel to buy a RAV 4 for my brother who recently migrated to US. We agreed to pay the amount for a new RAV 4 , even though it was to Keating Toyota Manvel to buy a RAV 4 for my brother who recently migrated to US. We agreed to pay the amount for a new RAV 4 , even though it was way more than the MSRP. But still we were happy so far , The cheating started from the account guy Sergio Ortega , he charged an additional $2615 to the total amount , in revenge of we declined all the additional care packages. To hide his cheating Sergio didn’t give us the copy of the invoice saying that it will be emailed to us as electronic copy. Since we didn’t get any email after 2 days , we went back to the dealership and then he given us the printed copy after 2 hours of waiting . There we found out the additional $2615 , we questioned this charge and then he lied to us saying that the original cost was what he added in the invoice , not the amount we signed in the contract while booking the vehicle , then he walked away to avoid more questions. Then we talked to our sales representative and his boss , they both agreed that Sergio Ortega is wrong and we can talk to his boss. He helped us to pay back $2615 after a month. UNBELIEVABLE! ! I put one star only because there are no minus ten stars! Worst dealer I have ever dealt with in my 60+ years of owning cars. They lie to your fac !
