Buyer beware! !! I would give negative thousand stars if I could. Very dishonest dealership. They wouldn't show me the actual window sticker, but instead they will !! I would give negative thousand stars if I could. Very dishonest dealership. They wouldn't show me the actual window sticker, but instead they will come up with a buyer's order that says "msrp" but it's not the original, it's adjusted and they don't tell you that. Very disgusting. If my review stops here, they will reply "sorry Danny we couldn't get the deal you were looking." NO, NO, NO, it's not about the deal, it's how they do business, people like them should not be in the business!!! More
First time trying to buy a car online. The experience with Keating Toyota was great. They transported the vehicle out of state right to my door step. The staff was very patient with me The experience with Keating Toyota was great. They transported the vehicle out of state right to my door step. The staff was very patient with me and kept me up to date of where my vehicle was the entire time. I would do business with the again. More
Ben Keating Toyota sold me a Junk car with accident but they lied and told me the car has never had an accident and its under warranty. Well after 48 hours, it turned out that Ben Keating Scammed me and th they lied and told me the car has never had an accident and its under warranty. Well after 48 hours, it turned out that Ben Keating Scammed me and the car was involved in major accident and warranty doesn't cover anything anymore. I bought a 2022 VW with less than 10,000 miles on it and sales told me the car is in great condition with No accident or issues. I didn’t see any visible issues neither, except the backup camera issue which sales person told me, they will fix it in the parking lot for me or dealer will take care of it. Bc car is under warranty. They tried to sell me this bull crap package at closing which I refused to pay for. The package indicated that car has been inspected and pampered by Keating Toyota and they have add so much to its value. Anyway I got the car with my trade in and paid the rest in cash. After 48 hours I took the car to VW dealership to fix few things that were under warranty. VW told me the car has had bad accident in the back side and whoever repaired it, did a very bad job. And they simply lied to you that this is a great car. This is a horrible car with major electronics issues which will never be repaired unless you pay out of pocket. So car has leaks from the roof to GpS and electronics enclosure area, and nothing is covered under warranty anymore. Apparently it had a bad accident and they had to repair the trunk door and roof but they did a bad job and the car is messed up. So what was wrong with it? Back up camera gone Front safety assist gone GPS gone Titled mirror gone Remote control app gone Remote door gone Software update gone And about 10 more electronics issues which we were told all need to be repaired. VW even told me they wont repair this car unless the car goes to body shop and gets fixed there first and then they will work on electronics issues. Its just very sad that even big dogs like Keating Toyota are in business of fraud and scamming people. They simply lied to me about the car history and they blamed carfax for it. You blame carfax which is fine but you did inspection and spent hours cleaning this car and you didn’t notice these issues? You either don’t deserve to be called professional or you simply lied which is a crime in my area. I asked the dealer to take the car back but they refused. I talked to Tom Wilson the sales person and Ben Diblasio whom is a sales manager. They both said your request is above their pay grade and they can’t accept the return. So i called my lawyer and filed a suit. Im certainly going to spend few thousand just to spread the word about Keating Toyota and their fraudulent business. Im sure there is a fat guy sitting in office and laughing and enjoying scamming people out there. But one day you will pay the price. More

I realized this dealership is the ONLY one in Texas that Price Gouges. They want to charge me over 12k as a market adjustment. I guess they do not care for repeat business or referrals. Many other dealershi Price Gouges. They want to charge me over 12k as a market adjustment. I guess they do not care for repeat business or referrals. Many other dealerships in the area so I strongly suggest avoid this one like the plague More
Very disgusted by the management, I went for an appointment and I didn't even see the person that promise to see me. Also the salesman that talked me down like I had no money and that my money can appointment and I didn't even see the person that promise to see me. Also the salesman that talked me down like I had no money and that my money can only get me a Toyota Corolla when I can afford a Supra, I just feel the car wasn't worth for the anomalies it had and when I complained about the vehicle damage, dent, scratches, dirty, cracked interior, the salesman stated that those cosmetic issues doesn't bring a car's value down because of the features it has but it's ridiculously over priced. I told my whole workplace never go there to get a car. Very disgusted, never seen a Toyota dealership this bad wow!!!! Local dealerships have better reputation than these guys. More
Worst vehicle purchase experience I have ever had! Very shady sales manager. Repeatedly lied and tried to manipulate both the numbers and me. Was told my vehicle would be ready for me the following week pr shady sales manager. Repeatedly lied and tried to manipulate both the numbers and me. Was told my vehicle would be ready for me the following week prior to purchase, didn't get it until 2.5 months later. There was zero follow-ups after the sale. GM is no better; reached out to him in response to what was of course an auto-generated message and requested to speak to him about my general experience- never hear from him. My only takeaway is that he is complicit and does not care. There are numerous specifics I can add here that would make a reasonable person shop elsewhere. I suggest to anyone to find somewhere else to purchase your Toyota. More
