I went to this dealer, spoke with victor Travaglianti. Great guy so helpful. We werent able to make a deal bc i had so much money left on my car. We just picked up our new Optima this afternoon after 2 previous visits organizing a Hyundai trade-in. Very professional all around and real gentlemen. I am not considering the purchase of a new Sorrento if my present vehicle brings the dollars I need, and will definitely buy at Karp. The shop and shop manager were immaculate and very professional as well. A MUCH better experience than I experienced at the Hyundai dealer. More

Before I walked into Karp Kia, I was not expecting too much on the color selection after seeing what was available on Kia's website. However, I was thrill when my saleman Michael was able to locate the car I wanted with the color I loved. Everything was well taken care of in a very efficient way. No hassel, no headache at all.
