Let me start by saying that Michael Rosenberg is the most honest salesperson I have every met. He was very knowledgeable and managed to get us a deal that we were more than comfortable with on the 2012 Kia Optima. When our credit scores came back slightly lower than expected, Todd went the extra mile by calling the bank personally to get us approved. The entire lease process took about an hour. This was the fastest, easiest lease deal ever and we left completely satisfied with our new vehicle. I found everything ok except I did not expect to purchase a car that already had 460 miles on the odometer.
