My husband and I went into the dealer and met with Micheal. He was really professional, informative, and friendly. We never felt pressured, and he answered our many questions. My wife & I picked up the car today. The overall experience is simply great. I had a bad experience at Major Kia in L.I.C. of NYC on a day before we went to Karp. Even though I have read all reviews reagarding Karp, I was skeptical about a dealer. But Jonathan and David showed us a whole different experience. Jonathan and I spent a little bit of time to negotiate the price. At the end, David finalized the price which I targeted. After that, everything was going very well and friendly. Of course during negotiation of price, Jonathan did not push or was not aggressive at all. Also, the financial manager, Dean, was also friendly and nice to talk to him. He made the loan even sweeter. I already started spreading the experience to friends. I strongly recommend Jonathan at Karp to anyone shopping for a new car. More
I was interested in a 2008 Jeep SRT8 that Karp Buick had for sale. As soon as I spoke to Kendra I got a bad feeling from her. Kendra started in right away with her car dealer “schtick”. I asked 3 times for for sale. As soon as I spoke to Kendra I got a bad feeling from her. Kendra started in right away with her car dealer “schtick”. I asked 3 times for a “Car Fax” but she refused. Kendra & Katia claimed that the dealership does not use car fax. I called Kendra the day before I planned on coming in to test drive the Jeep. Kendra assured me that she would let Katia know I was coming in for a test drive. The following day I arrived @Karp but Katia had no idea I was coming in for a test drive. I was going to test drive the Jeep but it had a BALD TIRE on it! There was a 6” flap of tire hanging off. The disinterested sales man said “oh yea we're gonna change that”. I left immediately! What a joke of a dealership! DO NO GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP..THEY ARE CON-ARTIST'S!!!!!! More

That all changed when we visited Karp Kia in Rockville Centre. Vic Travaglianti at Kia took care of us from soup to nuts and made the entire experience very enjoyable. Vic was honest with us, answered all our questions and spent a good deal of time with us explaining the features of the car. He was very open and honest with us with regard to the pricing and at no time, did we feel like he was trying to beat us. He offers a low pressure reasoned approach to the whole experience which we appreciated. We would recommend that anyone shopping for a new car pay a visit to Vic at Karp Kia. More

Quite to the contrary, Adda was very personable and friendly. Her knowledge about the Kia lineup was quite impressive, and most importantly, she was not pushy at all. She wasn't looking just to sell a car, but instead, she was helping us find the right car. She even said if we couldn't find the deal or car we wanted, we could just walk away. It's that kind of attitude that made us want to stick around. Todd was great and understood our situation. He gave us a deal and terms that were within our budget. The entire experience was a positive one, and I'm extremely happy with my new car. I would recommend Karp to anyone in the area interested in a new Kia. Thanks Adda!! More

Mike will listen to what you are looking for...his knowledgable input never steers you away from what YOU want. Once you pick your car, you'll negotiate in good faith. No need for hardline stances. Next you move to Todd, who will work the banks for your best deal whether your score is 600 or 800. No suspense and no let down. These guys promise and deliver. If you need a Kia (or a Buick, or a Volvo, or anything else they deal with), you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't try Karp first. More

Especially, Michael Rosenberg who was our sales and leasing consultant was superb and efficient. We were in great hands from the beginning to the end. Michael made sure we were happy and satisfied. He arranged a car to pick us up and bring us to the store. Donn, the driver, was nice and pleasant. Ron Salas, who worked on our credit report was extremely nice and friendly. The manager, David Wells, greeted us kindly and arranged for us a courtesy car to drive home when needed. Thank you David for working with us and making things possible. We appreciate it. My husband and I love our new Kia Optima and are extremely happy. On our way home, we both shared how enjoyable and relaxing the experience was. Thanks to Michael Rosenberg who helped us make the best choice for our needs and budget. He was very patient helping us choose a car, and especially had patience with us since my 11 month old daughter was with us. Michael was honest, knowledgeable, reasonable, polite, courteous, and very friendly even to my daughter. Michaels presence was warm and approachable. He took his time to show us how the features in our awesome car works. He even asked us when would be the best time to call the next day to follow up. They helped us out of a car that was not suitable for our family. allof the salesman were nothing but proffessional, honest and courteous. I would like to thank Todd Johnson for being honest with us from the start of the sale and guiding us. Also Ed McGarr was the best salesman by far. He was not pushy and just helped us in anyway he could. Jonathan Hernandez gave us our tour of the car after our purchase. he was also a wonderful person. we cannot thank Karp Kia enough for all they did for our family. More
skid light came on for the 2nd time this yr. It was repaired last July and now I had the exact same problem. Work done at no cost under the warranty but it was a pain having to go back and waste time o repaired last July and now I had the exact same problem.
