We looked at the car, took it for a test drive and decided to purchase it. Frankie gave us his cell # so we could be in touch with him regarding pick-up as the car had not been serviced prior to my son putting a deposit down on the car. The day we picked up the car and finalized the paperwork, we noticed a wire not being connected to the rear-view defroster - we notified Frankie of this finding and he assured us that service would be able to fix in the next day or so. We dropped the car off and notified them of the muffler making a loud sound......within a day and a half, Kia had fixed the rear defroster wire and corrected the issues with the muffler. My son is very pleased with the purchase of his first car and Frankie made this experience a very positive one....thank you!!! More
Great Service even better people last week i had to bring my 2011 Optima SX in for recall service which it passed and got free oil change. Since service took longer than expected t last week i had to bring my 2011 Optima SX in for recall service which it passed and got free oil change. Since service took longer than expected they provided me a loaner for the day. After service was complete it was too late to pick up so they said they would leave car with sales and i can pick up next day. Since I was there I was looking at the 2018 Sorento SXL, which is gorgeous btw, and thought let me inquire so Audley Bullock the sales manager came over no pressure and ran some numbers. I had just paid off the lien on the 2011 and was really not looking but numbers were right in line with what i could afford so I went for it. The entire process was painless and quick and within 4 days everything was set so i traded in my car which i got just about KBB trade in value and drove off in my new fully loaded Sorento. Used half of trade in for down payment and will receive a check for difference. Couldn't be more happy and Audely was more than accommodating . Really great experience even as a returning customer and again didn't need it my 2011 was just fine but couldn't pass this up. I would STRONGLY reccommend visiting KARP dealership even if not in the market just to see what a great atmosphere. And btw KIA are great and gorgeous as I am already on my second and will continue to come back again and again both sales and service...great job KARP and Audley...KEEP IT UP!!!!!!! More

He is true gentleman and a class act all the way! He all ways had time for me even when I told him I'm not buying today. When it was time, we set up an appointment. When the monthly payment for a purchase was something I could not afford, he suggested a lease. Never leased before as I drive a lot of miles. Found me a high-mileage 3-year lease that lowered my payment over $200/month! Gave me a fair price for my trade and a nice deduction off the lease. He was very reassuring the whole way saying I'll find you something you can live with and you're doing the right thing. Explained the xxxxxxand cons of leasing very simply. NEVER felt I was being taken for a ride! Michael will be on YOUR side too!. The whole dealership is VERY clean and VERY quiet. Like the quiet most of all. It's calm in there. Who wants to make a major financial decision with music blasting in your head? Michael sent me a followup email the next day asking how my drive to work in my 2018 Optima was. What thoughtfulness! Michael is a true ambassador for the Karp Kia brand! He helped me with some paperwork tonight too - so the after-sale support is there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! More

Turned my frown upside down! I had a lease from another Kia dealership and had been unsatisfied with their service upon obtaining that vehicle. Amazing experience I came to the Karp dealership to look at a Kia Optima and I was beyond impressed by Frankie Brus. He made me feel that my satisfaction was what he aimed for, and that I wasn't getting ripped off. I felt very comfortable with my experience with Mr. Brus. He took the time to get to know both my family and I and understand what it was I was looking for and what price range I was interested in. If I was uncertain or confused about something he explained every little detail to me and made sure we were both on the same page. He let me get a feel for the car and was 100 percent courteous and generous throughout the entire experience. He treated my family and I with the utmost respect, honesty and delivered what he said he would. I did not feel that he was ruthless at all, as stated in another comment on the site. I felt the complete opposite. I am so happy with my new Kia Optima and beyond appreciative and grateful of the experience I had at the Karp Kia dealership with Frankie Brus. More

He pressured me into making a deposit over the phone and to pick up the car the next day. 2.) When my wife, infant daughter and I came to pick up the car, Frankie made us wait for 15 minutes, claiming that the vehicle was not back from cleaning. He then came to do the paperwork. 3.) Upon giving Frankie the check for the car, he noticed it was not the full amount. His demeanor immediately changed and he implored, "Why didn't you get me the full amount?!" When I said I was going to charge the $6000 he said "Company policy that we can only take $2000, $2500 max on charge." He said "When am I going to get my $$$$!" He had ZERO regard for me and my family nor for the fact that I'd have to take out another loan at 10% interest to pay for the rest of the car before the insurance company gave me a check. All he cared about was his $$$$. 4.) Of course when I came in the next day with the $$$$ Frankie was as nice as pie. He just cared about another car sale to his name. DON'T LET HIS INITIAL WARMTH FOOL YOU! He's just as greedy, slick and ruthless as the rest of the car salesmen. After posting this review I had a wonderful conversation with Ellen Karp. While I am maintaining the review to let people know of my experience i want you to know I heard excellent things about Karp Kia beforehand and have no doubt that this is not typical of how the company conducts business. More
