I stumbled upon Karp Kia by making a phone call when I saw their ad. Audley answered the phone and from the moment we began speaking I realized this was a gentleman I would like to deal with. He was honest, straight forward and just all around professional. i had been so beaten down by the fifteen dealerships I had visited I was very skeptical that he wasn't going to be the same person I spoke to on the phone, but nonetheless, I went to see the car. I cannot express my gratitude enough about how pleasant an experience this was for me. He didn't play games, he didn't try to hide anything, he was honest and I finally felt like I was getting scammed or ripped off. I cannot understand how some dealerships stay in business given my experience over the last month but this dealership and especially Audley should be the gold standard and all dealerships should operate this way. He saw me through the whole process from showing the car to putting the plates on and to me, that was top notch professionalism. It finally made me happy that there are still decent people in the car sales profession! I am going to buy another car later this year and I will not go to another dealer or salesperson.
