He did an amazing job at making me and my mom who was not in her best health feel extremely comfortable during the entire process he was extremely organized having everything ready for us as well as really patient with all our questions and concerns we had. I highly recommend karp auto as Michael and the whole team gave incredible service making everything really smooth and comfortable for us.I love the car I got but in all honesty I could have got the car anywhere but not anywhere can you get the customer experience that I had !!! More
Terrible. D minus rating from BBB!!! We are in the middle of a horrific nightmare with Kia. It all started with Karp Kia. We were leasing our car. After lease negotions on a new car ended We are in the middle of a horrific nightmare with Kia. It all started with Karp Kia. We were leasing our car. After lease negotions on a new car ended (they wanted us to sign something agreeing that Kia could charge us basically anything they wanted when they received the car back), we decided to purchase the car we were leasing. On April 1st they made us an offer on financing the car loan. We accepted. Today is April 16 and they continue to avoid our emails and phone calls and meanwhile we are driving a car whose lease is expired!! David Karp was no help..he made the situation worse and then gave us completely false information telling us to call Kia’s 800 number and they were prepared to finish the purchase transaction. We called the 800 number. They had no idea what we were talking about and in fact told us they don’t finance cars!! We have been dealing with Kia corporate. I have reported Karp to the Better Business Bureau. ALL we want is to purchase our car!! Do NOT go to any of the Karp dealers!!! More
Very Poor Treatment of Return Customer This was my third lease with Karp and most likely my last. Car was dirty. Sticker marks on body and windshield. Plastic wrap still on seats. Spent hours trying to repair. Car had 95 miles on it and nick in windshield which they disputed being responsible for. Service manager said they would call me to schedule repair after they “have conversations.” Still waiting for call 2 weeks later. Wrote email to general manager; no reply! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not the way to treat return customers, or anyone for that matter! More

Audley Bullock was respectful, straightforward, honest and listened to my needs with no BS when finally making the sale and signing the contract. In addition he gave me a great deal that I purchased my car that day. I highly recommend Audley Bullock as your customer representative as well as Jeffrey Roucco. I will definitely recommend my friends and though I will be moving to PA in a few months I may be a return customer. Overall it was a refreshing experience. Anna V. More

When I got to the dealer, I dealt with Gerard and Julio who were very professional, kind, and thoughtful. I previously came from Nemet Kia where I had a terrible experience. Gerard and Julio were amazing and I bought the car within ten minutes. I will go back here as long as I can. These are good people!! Gerard is a true gentleman, unequivocally!!! 10/10 More
