I came in to have my care serviced as usual for lube, oil, filer, etc. Also I had some recalls that needed to be addressed. I asked the gentleman how long it would take and he replied, "a little over a oil, filer, etc. Also I had some recalls that needed to be addressed. I asked the gentleman how long it would take and he replied, "a little over an hour". It was acutally a little less than an hour because I needed to be out of their to attend a meeting elswhere. The service was great, fast, and the Service Advisor was very respectful. All my needs were address in a timely manner with excellent customer service. I was very pleased with the overall resolution. I took my 2000 Avalon in for a check engine light. I took it to the dealer because I wanted to make sure it was done right. I expected they would charge me more than Midas muffler's $1,600 to replace b took it to the dealer because I wanted to make sure it was done right. I expected they would charge me more than Midas muffler's $1,600 to replace both catalytic converters, but I wanted to make sure it was done right. The first time I took it in, they charged me $370 to do some minor adjustments. The light stayed off for 3 weeks then came back on. I took it in again and they charged me $961 to replace one of the catalytic converters. The light stayed off for a week. this time they replaced the other catalytic converter and charged me $1,453. I'm now starting to count the days until the light comes on again. I should have taken the car into a muffler shop in the first place and I could have saved myself $1,500. More
If I can give ZERO stars I would, this was probably the worst car buying experience I ever had. So I was getting quotes from multiple toyota dealerships then, STEVE ANDAS (Internet Sales Manager @ Karl Ma worst car buying experience I ever had. So I was getting quotes from multiple toyota dealerships then, STEVE ANDAS (Internet Sales Manager @ Karl Malone) called me and gave me what seemed to be the best deal compared to all other dealerships. He told me a price 'out of the door' and then asked me to drive down to Draper. I of course asked him to valid his quote in written (do this or else they will pull out a switcharoo on you) which he refused back and forth, then finally at my insistence I got him commit his quote on written. Everything seem fine we agree on the price, all I had to do is go down to the dealership and pick it up with the written on paper (email), half way (20 min drive) to the place STEVE ANDAS called me and said 'Oh, guess what? My manager can't approve the price I gave you in written'. Really, I should sue you and your dealership for false advertisement and bad customer service. Get a life and stop wasting buyers time. Moral of the story: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, NOT EVEN IF YOU GET A WRITTEN QUOTE. LIKELY THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME DRIVING DOWN AND FOOL YOU. More

On 2-8-13, I took my vehicle to the service department because of a check engine light was on. Blenda greeted me with a friendly and courteous smile. During the check in she advised me of my 10k mile ch because of a check engine light was on. Blenda greeted me with a friendly and courteous smile. During the check in she advised me of my 10k mile check up. When I told her that I had just changed my oil she proceeded to inform me that I receive 5 complimentary oil changes. I was not informed of this, where I recall being told that I only get one. She then proceeded to tell me that they will take care of it and also rotated the tires, for free. I really appreciated the help and new information. When the service was done she contacted me and advised me of the problem and that they were finishing replacing the part and the vehicle will be done and ready to go tonight. All service was covered under warranty. Again I was really happy with the attentiveness and being kept up with the information about my vehicle. More
We went to Karl Malone Toyota to test drive a Tacoma truck. We had no intention of buying one at the time. Jordan approached us and was very friendly and helpful. He showed us a couple of trucks and truck. We had no intention of buying one at the time. Jordan approached us and was very friendly and helpful. He showed us a couple of trucks and let us drive them. We were going to sell our chevy truck ourselves but after talking with Jordan and Arkin they made us a really good trade in deal. We also worked with Jim on finding the exact Tacoma we wanted and he was very friendly and helpful. Arkin showed us some accessories and made us feel confident about the choices we made. We then went to go over the paperwork and we sat down with Joaquin. He was very helpful and made us feel comfortable with the choice we made. He got our payments were we wanted them and helped us through all of the paperwork. We went to pick up our new truck a few days later and Arkin had it all shiny and clean for us. We were very happy with our experience at Karl Malone and would recommend Jordan, Arkin, Jim and Joaquin to all of our family and friends. More
