This place is awesome! I worked to Ryan when I came back and he was great, he was also patient and helpful, he was able to find EXACTLY what I was looking for something that was a perfect fit for my situation, he even went the extra mile and held the car for me, as it was the only one on the lot that would fit my situation, until I could return later that evening which was amazing as I dont think there would have been any other vehicle that would have met my needs and fit so perfectly with my finances. I then worked with Ty to do the financing, I purchased two cars with Ty last month and both times he worked some kind of magic, he was able to get us two newer cars with significantly less miles on each of them, get our interest rate down on both loans, get us full warranties and only increase our monthly output for them slightly in comparison to what it could have been. He truly went the extra mile on getting these loans to fit our situation and out lives right now and I cant say enough how grateful we are to him for that. We have shopped around a few different dealerships here in the state and always come back to Karl Malone because they just have the best people and they really care about their customers and not just about the bottom dollar. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a car and I would recommend seeing Ryan, Tish and Ty for sure! More
I came to Karl Malone Toyota with a newly purchased used vehicle that had gears slipping. I did not want to return to the dealership I had purchased it from due to the distance. I was so grateful that there was a shuttle service available for me to use. Neal Jensen was our service advior. He was so easy to talk with. He got us right in for an appointment, found the problem, (needed new transmission--still under warranty), ordered the part, and made the appointment to fix it. I have not had my vehicle back a day, so I don't have a long-term review on the work done, but I so appreciate the helpfulness given. Our van was fixed in the given amount of time and a shuttle was sent to pick me up so I could get my vehicle. I have noticed better shifting and hope the problem has been resolved completely. I will definitely return to Karl Malone Toyota for future service work. More

My wife and I have been doing business with Karl Malone Toyota since March 22nd, 2007 when we purchased my wife's Camry. I have dealt with many Automobile Dealerships over the last forty years and this on Toyota since March 22nd, 2007 when we purchased my wife's Camry. I have dealt with many Automobile Dealerships over the last forty years and this one is without a doubt the best. From sales to finance to service everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and are always readily available to assist us. Because of the way we are treated at Karl Malone Toyota, we purchased a new Tacoma last June from them. Again, every person we dealt with in the process of buying my pickup went the extra mile to make it a pleasurable experience. I took my wife's Camry in for service this week and once again experienced the friendly and professional service one should expect from an automobile dealership. My Service Advisor, Nathan Parker, took the time to understand several issues and questions I had. Once completed, Mr. Parker went over the items serviced and explained the charges. Mr. Parker then went beyond what one would expect and directed me and assisted me in renewing my vehicle registration. I would highly recommend Karl Malone Toyota to anyone in the market for a Toyota who appreciates a friendly no hassle experience with trained professionals. More

I went in for a lube and oil service on my 4runner. I was told it would be an hour wait which was a bit long considering i was there on my lunch hour and specifically went later to avoid the busy time. Service was completed at the one hour mark however I was told to go wait out front as they were washing my car and would pull it up there. I stood out there for 10 minutes. Up comes my dirty car. It is parked and left. I walk over to it and ask one of the workers why it wasn't washed. He tells me it was next in line to get washed even though it came up from the car wash area all the way to the exit area. ?? I didn't have time to wait another 10 or 15 minutes since at that point I was late back to work. It would've been nice to at least get a car wash after paying $44 for a simple lube and oil service. More
There are many employees behind the scenes that make Karl Malone a great dealership to deal with. I happen to choose Nathan Parker because my opinion is service in a dealership priceless. Nathan is knowledgeable, trustworthy and treats all his customers with the upmost respect. Nathan goes that extra mile to get your vehicle in the shop even if it is in the middle of the afternoon. I consider Nathan a business and personal friend. He is the reason why I have purchased two (2) 4 Runners from the Malone dealership in the last five (5) years. Keep up the good work Nathan, you are a TEAM PLAYER! More
