I made an appointment to have my 2002 Toyota serviced for it's 60,000 mile check. I called two days before and spoke with Neil Jensen who made my appointment for me. I took my car over to Karl Malone for s it's 60,000 mile check. I called two days before and spoke with Neil Jensen who made my appointment for me. I took my car over to Karl Malone for service on the day planned and was greeted by Neil who took my information down. He already had most of what he needed in the system since we purchased the car through them and have taken it there for service ever since. I was told it would take several hours so I was given a ride home by the courtesy shuttle. When my car was finished, Neil gave me a call at home and arranged for the shuttle to pick me up and take me back to Karl Malone Toyota. I paid for my car and went to ask several questions about the service. Neil called the mechanic who did the work on my car to come help answer my questions. All was well. They pulled my car up for me and I drove home happy with everything about the people and service done there. Thank you for heing me keep my 11 year old car in perfect shape for driving. Absolutely a great experience. Had my car serviced and it was in and out in the time frame they gave including vaccuming and washing my car. Went in to purchase a car. Jon my saleman was awesome to in the begining. We looked at a few cars and decided on a 2012 camry SE( so i thought). After the paper work was signed and i took the car home i not in the begining. We looked at a few cars and decided on a 2012 camry SE( so i thought). After the paper work was signed and i took the car home i noticed that i was misled and the car was actually an LE. I also found out that certified toyotas come with a warranty and decided to call and have the extended warranty removed as that is an option. When i did this i was told that they would absoluty remove the extended warranty but they would have to raise my interest(not legal). I called Karl Malone Toyota and told them i was returning the car because it wasnt the car i was told i was purchasing. They told me i signed the contract and that im stuck with it. I returned the car any way and have been fighting with them ever since. I wish i would have know that i can get a dealer history from the DMV before going down to this dealer. I strongly advise that if you are thinking about buying a car from Karl Malone you call the dmv and find out there history, its not pretty. In fact the investigator im working with says calling them a hinky dealer is being very polite. This dealer is very crooked More
The service has always been great on my 2003 Camry. I try to make sure that I call Carl Erickson to make my appointment. When I bring the car for service, he always informs me of any additional work, if needed. He always gives a good explanation so I can make the decision right away. He is a very trustworthy person. I knew that when I brought my car in for service on Monday, March 25th that everything would be handled correctly. He did not just give the paperwork to the cashier. He expedited it by using my charge card on his tablet and I signed it with my finger. The cars are always washed. I have never been disappointed with Carl or the Service Dept. He has made me a very happy customer since July 2003. James Stack More
