I called with a minor problem on a Saturday not thinking they would be able to get me in, but they did and found the little problem. It was small enough they just took care of it without charge. They explained the level of need for each recommendation and the cost for each of the repairs. I chose to have one of them done, because it posed the potential of causing a bigger repair if dererred. I deferred the others until I come in for a regular service check later this summer. They got me in at my convenience for the repair I chose to have done and completed it at the anticipated cost in less time than expected. More
