What I appreciate is being able to show up and have them do my service without an appointment. They usually complete the repairs that same day or by the end of the next day. Unlike other places I've tried, they do the job right the first time. My old mechanic scratched his head a lot trying to figure things out which wasted a lot of my valuable time. Carl Erickson, my regular service advisor, made the appointment, and Mark took care of me when I brought the car in today. The service was done in about 30 minutes, even though they were very busy. Wouldn't take my Toyota to any other dealership! More
They took great care of my Sequoia repair. The service and price was absolutely on track. I will never use anybody else. They listened to what I wanted to be done and gave me great advice and too care o and price was absolutely on track. I will never use anybody else. As the visor on the driver side was having issues staying up when not in use, I called after I found out by searching online that there was a recall/extended warranty for this. A service representative at a up when not in use, I called after I found out by searching online that there was a recall/extended warranty for this. A service representative at another Toyota dealership told me that the recall/extended warranty was only good for so long and that that time had expired for my particular vehicle. From my research this did not sound accurate to me so I called Karl Malone Toyota and explained the visor issue I was having. She explained to me that she felt that everything would still be covered by the recall/extended warranty but a technician would have to look at it and verify this. As I was not sure of my exact schedule the following week, I indicated that would have to call back to set an exact time after I had checked when would be best. Belinda (I hope I have the correct name) gave me her personal extension and said that I was welcome to call her back to get the appointment scheduled. When I called back about 30 minutes later, I got Belinda's voice mail, left a message, and she called me back in about 10 minutes. When I brought my Camry to the dealership to be looked at, the problem was indeed covered by the recall/extended warranty and everything was taken care of in about 45 minutes. To me, I felt like those at Karl Malone Toyota were honest and anxious to help me with the visor issue I has having. I would be happy to recommend Karl Malone Toyota to anyone I talk to as I felt there was honesty there as compared to the other dealership I had talked to. While Karl Malone Toyota is not the closest Toyota dealership to my house or place of employment, I would gladly travel a little extra distance when the need arises as I feel it is a dealership I can trust. I brought my car in for the regular 5,000 service only to find out my last Toyota cares service had just expired as my car was over 2 years old. Because my car was still under the mileage requirement for this service they agreed to give me the last service, something they could have very easily not agreed to. Every time I have taken my car to Karl Malone Toyota they have treated me very well and I have found that all the staff I have dealt with have been helpful and professional. More
Everyone was very friendly, but I felt that there were some sales games and pressure. When the whole process was over, I didn't feel good about my purchase.
