This was the first time I had been to this service center and was surprised to see how nice it was. Despite being very large and busy it was a very quick and courteous experience. The waiting room was spacio and was surprised to see how nice it was. Despite being very large and busy it was a very quick and courteous experience. The waiting room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of things to occupy my time. Neal was very good at explaining things in terms that I understood not just a car person would understand. I'll definitely be back for other service work on my Toyota even though I live in Tooele, it was worth it and a pleasant surprise. Derek Drake More
I have been bringing my vehicle to Karl Malone's since I purchased it. They have always done an excellent job in maintaining my car. This last time I was very pleased with Stephen Poulsen and his since I purchased it. They have always done an excellent job in maintaining my car. This last time I was very pleased with Stephen Poulsen and his way of taking care of me. I came in to have the oil changed but the mechanic found some additional items that needed to be taken care of. Stephen brought them to my attention. He explained to me what needed to be done, how long it would take to complete the needed repairs and gave me an estimate of what it would cost. I was very please with the outcome and will continue to bring my car to Karl Malone and will ask for Stephen again. More
Wait was short and the staff was friendly even bringing us water while we waited in the waiting area. I only came in for a oil change but I do need new tires in a month or so and I was given prices withou us water while we waited in the waiting area. Jim and Terry were nice. They both helped me as I was trying to find a great Toyota Sienna. Jim helped me get a good fair price for it after some negotiation. Then I got in front of Akim in finance and m trying to find a great Toyota Sienna. Jim helped me get a good fair price for it after some negotiation. Then I got in front of Akim in finance and my deal started to evaporate under fees like the $299 Anti Theft Registration fee and an almost $300 dealer loan doc fee. When I asked if I could get the 0% APR that was advertised for 2013 Sienna's I was told they didn't have that. After refusing to remove those fees I told him I was uneasy about it. He told me everyone pays these fees and they can't be removed or negotiated. I regretfully signed the deal. Two days and two sleepless nights later, Akim called me asking me to come sign a paper for the credit union the finance was going through. I went in and sat down. I told him I was having buyers remorse, well actually loan remorse, and asked if I could get the 0% APR since the deal hadn't gone through yet. He told me I could if they took out $1000 rebate they gave me. I said OK because it would save me lots of interest over a 6 year loan. Then I asked to remove the Anti Theft Registration fee and the Dealer Loan Doc fee. After being refused several times he then said he couldn't do the 0% APR. When he asked if I was going to sign the paper I said no and he said "We're done here" and ushered me out to have the next customer in. I assume he gave them the same fees. This was my first time buying a new car. It has really soured my whole experience. I'll probably not sleep tonight again because I am so disappointed and frustrated. I don't know what else to do but leave bad reviews everywhere I can so other people don't have the same experience. More

Service staff is always very helpful and friendly. They are attentive when I have concerns and follow up as needed. Would recommend for service some concerns with sales when we purchased the car but overal are attentive when I have concerns and follow up as needed.
