Followup and service here are great. I arrived almost an hour early because a previous appt finished early. I expected to wait since I was early but they took it in right away and got the repair done as well as my oil change in well under the time I was estimated. More
I took my car in for an oil change and to replace spark plugs by appt. Expressed a concern about my driver's side window that didn't close properly and expected to have to make an appt. to leave the car an plugs by appt. My arrival was acknowledged quickly and the person who first met me was friendly and helpful. She took me to the advisor with whom I had set up the appt. and advised him of the window problem. Within a fairly short time, he came and told me the window motor had fallen off of the door and it could be fixed while I was waiting. Within two hours my car was ready to go and I was very pleased with the cost. More
I received a recall notice and went to have the service completed after making an initial appointment and being told the parts were in stock. Appointment was made with Neal Jensen. Arrived at the appointed time and left car with Neal in service area. Went into the waiting area and was that for between 1 and 2 hours. I was paged overhead to come to the service bay. In all my time with Karl Malone this has never happened and I was surprised to be paged to service bay. Upon going into service bay area I was told the part was not available and I would have to return. I was quite surprised and somewhat speechless. I asked when this work could be done and was told later in the week or the next week. I told Neal I had to go into the parts area to retrieve something and would come back and talk with him when I had picked up the part (floor mats). I then went to pick up mats which were not to be found and spent 15 to 20 minutes waiting on those to be found. They were on top of a rack somewhere in the parts department. The parts people were apologetic about the confusion. I went back to the service bay and asked Neal about the times if I would be guaranteed the parts would be available upon my return later in the week. He said yes and at this p9oitn apologized for the inconvenience. My issues are - Being paged to the service bay. No initial apology. Having to reschedule after I had called to make sure the work could be done. Wasting my time and energy - I had to drive down from Park City for the service and had specifically called to be sure that the parts were initially available which they were not. When I returned to have the work completed Neal was more apologetic that he was initially and provided the service in a timely fashion. When I picked up the car I was surprised to find the car had not been washed - Whenever I have been in the car has always been washed no matter what the service. For me the entire "warranty" repair process left me unhappy. This is not to say I will not obtain service there again only that I felt the experience to be poor. I do not recall being paged to the service bay - the service person has always come into the waiting area to speak with me and explain the service. The service completed was not explained to me and the fact I had to make two trips from Park City was not acceptable. I assume that Neal is a new employee and may need some additional training. I have always worked with Blenda or with Carl or Nathan. They have provided great service and always apologized for any inconvenience. I am more than happy to speak with your customer service reps further if you wish. More
I loved it! The people were awesome, it was relatively quick and since it was under extended warranty I didn't have to pay anything! The lady at the service check out desk was so kind and made me feel gr quick and since it was under extended warranty I didn't have to pay anything! When I called in the people on the phone were very helpful about sending me to the right people to find a solution to my problem. I fully expected to have to pay for this but was glad it was covered under the warranty. Also, I really enjoyed walking around the building looking at all of the memorabilia. More
We dented our oil pan, so we had to bring the car in to get a new oil pan. But we had someplace to go that morning. We dropped the car off and a shuttle took us to our appointment then 4 hours later we c get a new oil pan. But we had someplace to go that morning. We dropped the car off and a shuttle took us to our appointment then 4 hours later we called for a shuttle to pick us up and when we got back to Karl Malone the car was ready for us at the price we were quoted and no surprises. We purchased a car from this dealership a couple months ago. They were very pushy and rude. At one point one of the sales people told us he could care less if we bought the car because they weren't making ago. They were very pushy and rude. We had gone through Costco and when asked about the deal (they chose to work with Costco) they were very annoyed and acted like we were cheap. It took forever to get our car there when we were promised much sooner. Finally, when doing the paperwork the representative told my husband, with me sitting there, (when my husband and I were discussing whether to get the warranty) that I would be an idiot if I didn't want the warranty and I obviously didn't understand what the warranty was. I felt like I was being talked down to the entire time and like the man felt my husband should control me more and make the decisions himself. Felt very mis treated at this dealership and wouldn't tell my worst enemy to go there to buy a car. After talking with others many told me that dealership is awful and so I am very confused at the high ratings.. possibly a set up. Don't go here especially if you are a woman.. no respect. More
When they sell you the package to received more "free oil changes and services" they don't mention it will take at least two hours to get your oil changed. When they called to see how the service was I explained and all she said was ok. Not willing to change to make the service better. Save your money and don't buy the plan! More

Low tire pressure light came on, thought it was due to cold weather. Took vehicle in to service, they said they would take care of it. In about 15-20 minutes came back... I had a nail in a front tire, t cold weather. Took vehicle in to service, they said they would take care of it. In about 15-20 minutes came back... I had a nail in a front tire, they fixed it at no charge and sent me on my way. No hassle.... great service.... and a good bag of pop corn!! More
