My guy helping me with my key, NEIL, was very nice, quoted my wait time WAY under so I sat around for a while, but he did show me and educate me about my water pump which was definitely falling off. MY QUOTE and BILL was 50% less than what Mark Miller Toyota quoted me and for the same service (shame on Mark Miller).
