My husband and I have purchased 8 vehicles from this dealership. We feel they are always fair, and personal with us. We have our vehicles services there, and have even had to use the body shop. Whenever I call the service department about the least little concern they always take good care of me. They get my car in right away to be checked, the service advisor always includes all my concerns in little concern they always take good care of me. They get my car in right away to be checked, the service advisor always includes all my concerns in my write up for the mechanic, and the mechanic goes over everything going on with my car. They are very patient with me because I don't always understand the first time and that means a lot to me. Then the service advisor will go over with me when I need repairs done, cost, and will look for coupons to help me out. While Toyota was having trouble with their cars people would ask me why would you buy your son one if they are having trouble, my answer I trust Jones Junction to make sure my car is safe. They treat every car that comes in as if their own relative was driving it. I am not a mechanic of any sort so what I know best is following the book of suggested warrenty work and the body of my car. Whenever I have needed body work done on my car I take it to Jones Junction Body Shop. The people in the body shop work hard to make you happy with how your car looks when it is done. Again they treat their customers cars as if it is their relatives car that they like. I own a 2001 Camry and because the body shop is so good about detail and making a car look good my car has been mistaken for a 2008 several times. Something I have noticed about Jones that I haven't at other dealerships is they care about their customers. You not only buy a car at Jones you feel like you have become part of their family. We own two Toyotas, both purchased at Jones, and will be buying our son's car there as well. We will get all our cars at Jones Junction and have them serviced & taken care of at the body shop at Jones. More
I just purchased a used Nissian from Jones, trading in the vehicle I purchased from Jones in 2007. Jones, unquestionably, offers outstanding service and that is why I have and will continue to use them f the vehicle I purchased from Jones in 2007. This is my second car purchase from Jones, and another great experience. Larry and Jerry made the purchasing experience extremely easy and accomodated my limited schedule. Instead of being rushed into a decision, we had plenty of time to review our options, considering features, but also our current vehicles and how this purchase would affect our driving needs. I couldn't have asked for better pricing, and that started right from the beginning of the process. I called many dealers in the area, and nobody could touch their pricing out of the gate. I had no time to go back-and-forth with a manager or haggle on a price. Looking forward to taking advantage of the Jones for Life program. That was a major selling point to me, especially with the oil changes for the large Tundra 5.7L engine and vehicle pick up and drop off. Everything about this purchase was top notch. I recently bought a car from Jones and I fell in love with their lifetime package of free oil changes, roadside assistance, and engine guarantee. Going back for my first free oil change though I was appr with their lifetime package of free oil changes, roadside assistance, and engine guarantee. Going back for my first free oil change though I was apprehensive that I might get charged for more than I bargained for. However, I was pleasantly surprised. They were courteous and informative: explaining everything from start to finish. They asked before performing any extra services if I'd like to rotate my tires or have other services taken care of. They also explained all of the prices beforehand. With the car set up in the shop, I relaxed and received my complimentary manicure: another bonus of this dealership that is above and beyond the normal necessary customer service. When the car was done they walked me through a couple of steps on how to care for my vehicle and got me on my way, just after directing me to the complimentary car wash. Overall I could not be happier with the dealership I picked. They are professional and not only take care of my car but take care of me as well. I look forward to servicing my car from here on out and know without a doubt that I can trust them to treat me with respect and the best customer service a dealership can provide. More
Took my truck in for scheduled service, the entire team starting with the service advisor was great, they where helpfull and explained the entire proccess, gave a courtesy inspection. Benchmark, Ltd. takes all of it's cars to Jones for repair. Their service department is wonderful to deal with. We have had to take our vehicles in without an appointment and they are always accomoda repair. Their service department is wonderful to deal with. I brought my 2010 Toyota Corolla, which I purchased in October 2009, into the Jones Junction Dealership for its yearly rebuff (application of protective coatings for the exterior paint and interior fabr October 2009, into the Jones Junction Dealership for its yearly rebuff (application of protective coatings for the exterior paint and interior fabric and hard surfaces including the trunk). I had been informed when I had made my appointment that this service would take between four and five hours to complete. When I arrived my vehicle was received in a timely fashion, any questions I had were answered promptly and completely, and I was asked if I wanted to avail myself of the dealership's shuttle service. As I had brought work, and a book with me, and wanted to treat myself to the wonderful manicure service offered to Jones customers, I declined the shuttle service. My vehicle was ready within three hours and fifty minutes, ten minutes sooner than the earliest estimate I was originally given. Karen escorted me to my vehicle, showed me the exterior surface and interior surfaces treated, opened the trunk so I could put my book and work bag in it, opened my driver's side door, suggesting I leave the paper mats down for a bit as it was rainy and generally a bit messy out, and wished me a good day. When I arrived home I inspected the interior surfaces. They looked as if they had been meticulously done. I was impressed at how agreeably and conscientiously this aftermarket purchase annual service was handled. It instills my continuing confidence in this dealership's commitment to its customers after the sale has been made. I called Jones Junction to express my pleasure at the quality of their service, at which time I found out that I could write a review on DealerRater. More
