Well I was looking for the car with the greatest value on a budget. I went to every dealership in Bel Air and Westminster. I went to Heritage Mazda and looked at a few cars, but the day that I was set to buy a budget. I went to every dealership in Bel Air and Westminster. I delt with a guy named Fran who wouldn't stop talking, he was very pushy and not willing to work with me. I was given a price for a 2010 mazda3 used with 13,00 mile on it, and it was just out of my budget. I went to Jones, got some free food, and found the same car with only 6000 miles on it. My man Clarence was very willing to work with me, he showed me quite a few cars. When I saw that car, I told him that the car was the one I want. While he was talking, Fran called me and tole me the price a little less than a thousand dollars more than I had. He told me that I have to work with him because he is working with me. That guy Fran was very pushy and make me uncomfortable. Clarance was the man, he got me the price I needed at a better value. Clarance, during the financing, even bought my family and I drinks out of his pocket. Plus I have Jones for a lifetime; free car washes, oil changes, and a guaranteed engine for life. More
We recently bought a new Toyota Highlander from Jones, trading in our Toyota Sienna after 8 years and almost 200,000 miles. This is our 4th car from Jones and we have always had excellent service. The customer service at Jones is beyond exceptional. They really take care of their customers through the whole process. I had a lot of decisions to make about the car and options to choose but I was 100% se really take care of their customers through the whole process. The salesman quoted a price over the phone, the next day when I went to the dealership to buy the car the salesman said he forgot about a $750 dollar charge. What a bunch of liars. My mother and I were looking for a car for her. She was looking for a nice car which suited her local driving needs. The Jones sales representative, Rob Capelletti was beyond Excellent.My mother is 81 yea looking for a nice car which suited her local driving needs. The Jones sales representative, Rob Capelletti was beyond Excellent.My mother is 81 years old and the day was a bit overwhelming for her. The time and attention Rob spent with us, explaining all the features necessary to suit her needs was exceptional. She test drove a couple models and finally settled on a 2010 Yaris sedan. The dealer did not have the color she wanted, so extended itself to get the car she wanted with all the features and color THE SAME DAY. It was a Saturday (10/2) and I know this must have been difficult to do on the busiest retail day of the week. Rob and the dealer really went above and beyond to do this. Rob and the management team worked with us on the price which was within my mother's budget with no hassel. EVERYONE in the dealer from the owner, to the finance manager, to the representative who talked to us about exterior and interior car programs were very engaging. Even the young lady who maintained the lounge and showroom floor approached us in a friendly manner and asked us if there was anything she could get for us. Sales representatives we came in contact with who had other clients even acknowledged us. Excellent, spectacular, outstanding doesn't even describe the experience. They even had a barbecue with hanburgers, hotdogs, etc for all of their clients that day and every day. Rob even took us for a complete tour of the dealership, showing us all of the ammenities, the service center, shop, and car wash. The management team confirmed we saw everything as well. When we took delivery of the car, the team celebrated our purchase, taking a photo of us with Rob in front of her new car. Spectacular representation of the dealership and Toyota. As mentioned, the day was overwhelming for my mom. The dealership and all involved made her feel comfortable and stress free. I am a current Toyota owner. My current dealer is fine, however, I will most certainly buy my next Toyota from Jones because of the attention gthey give to put their customer first. Looking for a Sienna van soon. Will go to Rob and Jones to make my purchase. More
Car buying, and Dealerships have always have been a nightmare for the consumer! The only thing that makes the experience more pleasant is the salesperson you are working with. Theirs always delays and their were some with purchase. My sincere thanks to Mark Ament he worked all possibilities to get me out in a timely fashion. Also stayed in contact by phone and called right on time with up dates Very friendly very knowledgeable and appears to be a dedicated Jones employee. The Toyota Jones Junction people are so accommodating and very friendly especially Mr.Flores & Mr.Hale they are EXCELLENT!! They assisted us well in every step of our purchase. About their "Jones for a Lifet very friendly especially Mr.Flores & Mr.Hale they are EXCELLENT!! They assisted us well in every step of our purchase. About their "Jones for a Lifetime" i haven't heard of any dealer who offers something like that. Free oil & filter changes for a lifetime, engine guaranteed for a lifetime, parts & service guaranteed for a lifetime, etc. It's really a great advantage for Toyota owners like us. There's only one exemption in my description of "so accommodating & very friendly" in my first and opening sentence. The finance person who assisted us is sometimes sarcastic. I know that it's his job to make us say "YES" in some other products & services they are offering, still he doesn't have the right to say things that may hurt our feelings and make us feel bad. I even didn't mind knowing his name so I don't need to mention his name here. Still, it was a great experience in Jones Junction over all. I will surely recommend this dealer to others.
