Thank you for your response. I actually have a letter to mail to Mr. Smelzer- he should know the tactics the sales managers are using. While sharig my story with others they have said that Jones only treats older customers well....at 35 y/o- I'll buy at least 6 new cars in my life- they still will not be from Jones. My 65 year old parents were happy with their Jones prchase last year- they may buy 2 more cars. all customers should be treated well. What a shame. Thank you again
