I have been dealing with Jones Toyota for years - I have purchased several vechiles from them and currently own a 2003 Sequoia and a 2006 Camery. All of the service done on these vehicles, including body w purchased several vechiles from them and currently own a 2003 Sequoia and a 2006 Camery. All of the service done on these vehicles, including body work, has been at Jones. Both the sales and services aspects of my experiences with the dealership have been exceptional. There has never been an issue with the quality of work done on any my vehicles - they provide an honest assessment of the maintenance or repairs required and stand behind their work. Prices are always in-line with their estimates and they try to make sure that you are aware and take advantage of their special programs and discount incentives. All of my questions or concerns regarding the status of my vehicles are always addressed in a knowledgeable and professional manner. There are several no-cost benefits that are provided - loaner car, car wash, inspections, etc. that enhance the experience. Of special note, Larry Kropff ensures that my customer experience is always top notch - he provides a personal touch that I haven't experienced at any dealership. I would rate Jones Toyota a 10 out 10! More
Steven has sold my family a number of vehicles. My last vehicle was a truck and I have to admit he helped me with the selection and I got a great price on my trade in as well as the new vehicle. I have vehicle was a truck and I have to admit he helped me with the selection and I got a great price on my trade in as well as the new vehicle. I have referred Steve to a number of friends, all of whome have purchased Jones products. Also of note, Steve always makes a point of coming over and speaking with my wife and I when bringing in a vehicle for service. Always with a smile and hand shake. He even sends birthday cards - - Nice touch. If you had about 10 Steves, I would venture your dealership would be the highest volume in the tri state area. More

I went to Jones because of the wonderful reputation that they had and have never been so disappointed. I spent several hours with Dave Webster- and he was a wondeful salesperson and this negative evaluatio they had and have never been so disappointed. I spent several hours with Dave Webster- and he was a wondeful salesperson and this negative evaluation is no reflection on his hard work and great personality. I was very specific with what I wanted- a silver 4x4 RAV4 w/ no 3rd row seat. They did not have the car I wanted and I decided to settle on the color and went with Red. However, as we got closer to doing the paperwork, I became more aware that I was not happy with the red...and we decided at 8:30pm that we wanted to wait till they had what we wanted...we still wanted to go with Jones because of the Jones for Life- we had our 6 month old tired and hungry baby with us and she was starting to cry and we decided for our best interest and our daughter's we would give up the 2/9% and come back when Jones had what we want. Everything was fine until Tim the sales manager came over...that was the most horrific experience with a salesperson I've ever had. He was a perfect example of poor customer service. He told us that we were being 'unfair to Dave by not buying the car'...that Dave 'had a ten day old baby...that Dave 'had a family to take care of too'. Then he tried to convince me to consider another color car, which was so frustrating because I was so clear on what I wanted- SILVER. At this point, our daughter is screaming. I'm shaking DAve's hand asking him to call us when they had the car I was looking for and Tim continued to be rude and disrespectful to my husband. As we were leaving- Tim looked at my baby and sneered, saying, "I hope she sleeps well tonight". Very sarcastic and rude. The poorest example of customer service that completely tainted my entire view of Jones. I did buy my Toyota RAV4 Silver 4x4 the next day- but certainly not from Jones- wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Customer Service More
