I purchased my Scion xD over 2.5 years ago with Jones, as my first brand new car purchase (after owning several used). I receive oil changes for life as part of my deal with Jones, and I have been to routinely service my car about 10-12 times now. I am ALWAYS thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and friendliness that the service managers offer. I've never once had a poor experience working with them, and they make me feel important and taken care of. Neal, my service manager, is an honest person that I trust with my investment. One of the major positives for me is that, even though I've spent hardly any money on the car due to my free service agreement, the department will do my inspections, tell me what needs to be done and give me a full list of the price breakdown, but has never ONCE tried to pressure sell me into getting service done there. They truly are a wonderful team! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU Jones! You have my business for life. More

I believe I got a good deal on my new car. During the negotiating process, the sales manager "lost" the piece of paper where we were going back and fourth on pricing-how does this happen with only a few negotiating process, the sales manager "lost" the piece of paper where we were going back and fourth on pricing-how does this happen with only a few customers in the showroom late on a Saturday night? Ended up leaving the showroom, but was able to get a hold of Gordy Mueller, who had originally helped me out, but had turned me over to someone else. Through him, I was able to renegotiate the same deal on Monday and ended up purchasing the car. The final salesperson that I dealt with, Rob Capallettii, has followed up several times with calls, etc. My daughter and I will be taking advantage of the free manicures when we take the car to get washed or serviced. Matt Krach made my new truck purchase a breeze. I came in knowing that I needed a new vehicle, but unsure of what style and which brand to go with. Overall purchasing our new 2011 Toyota Sienna was a good experience. Our salesperson was very friendly and I feel that ultimately we negotiated a fair deal without too much haggling. The reason why I am not rating everything as "great" for this purchase is simply because I still have an unanswered question in regards to the refund of the warranty for our trade-in vehicle. We are currently trying to have this matter clarified and hopefully rectified soon. This is our third vehicle purchased from Jones Junction and we are repeat customers due to the convenience in location and the additional customer services available. The employees at Jones Junction do seem to want to please the customer and in turn they have thus far earned our loyalty. More
