I have known Matt for several years, so first and foremost that helped in my decision to buy from him at Jones. A huge part of the test was getting my father's approval! (He's a mechanic & knows everything to know about cars!)So, I took my Dad with me for the test drive! I didn't care much about the sales pitch (I'm in sales myself and, quite frankly, already had my heart set on buying!), but I must say my Dad was floored by Matt's knowledge and how he answered every question he had. Through the lengthy paperwork process, Matt made us feel comfortable. Offered drinks, talked to us, answered questions...ect. Finally the Rav4 Sport V6 was mine! He even had a huge bow on it when I walked out!! I love my car and the service at Jones. Everyone amongst the staff, General Sales Manager, Sales agent, Finance and Service managers are so passionate about their work and it comes out so naturally as if you are dealing with family. I have dealt with 9 dealerships in 7 years from all our family car purchases, my only wish was I would have known this dealership earlier. So many car dealers offer a lot of freebies but it takes more than free stuff to deliver genuine, and sincere customer service. Jones Toyota and Scion definitely went above and beyond my families expectations from a car dealership. I definitely recommend this to friends and family and I always rave about my experience at work even as simple as an oil change due to courteous and friendly staff.
