I have bought or co-bought 5 cares from Jones, three from Toyota/Scion. Location is not terrific more me but the relationship is excellent and I have great confidence in the Service Department. I don't often know what constitutes "Great" so "good" is what I look for. (I teach and I don't give out many "A's" either.) I don't care about the popcorn (although it's tasty) or the manicures. I car about getting in and out with the work I need done, done well. And I like my records in one place with a service person who knows better than I, what my car needs. That's what I get. More

Gary Millay gave me great service and Robert Crane does amazing work on my car all the time. I've been here plenty of times and I always get good service for my car. They deliver a quality product with friendly service at a reasonable price. They are very well staffed with folks that are focused on customer service. I have been buying vehicles and having them serviced at Jones for the last 20 years. It truly is a family business and all of their employees treat you that way. In service today, Jan. 25, 2011 - Someone greeted me immediately. All employees were very attentive. Also, their appearance(dress, etc.) was neat, which means a lot to me. Furthermore, I was able to get a manicure, which was relaxing - never would have thought that would be such a benefit, but it sure is! Steve(not sure of last name) came and found me when the car was done. I was surprised at how quickly the work was done. Steve had someone walk me to the car, and it had been washed! The service far exceeded my expectations at Jones! Also, wanted to note: Matt Barach - was a very attentive car salesman, neatly dressed and mannerly. He was the sales person when we purchased the car. Actually mentioned to my husband that I think the staff at Jones must receive training through Dale Carnegie courses. At a minimum, the managers certainly know their marketing skills. More

I have bought 2 cars from Jones Junction in the last 2 years and if there have ever been any issues, mistakes or problems (which is rarely!) they have always been resolved quickly and efficiently. I have done a lot of research in the area and I can find no other dealer to match the Jones for Lifetime program! The vehicle collection and delivery feature for servicing saves so much time as we live over 45 miles away from the dealership and they will even collect the vehicle from my office! More

My husband and I recently purchased a new Toyota Sienna mini-van. This was the fifth vehicle we have purchased from the Jones Dealership in over twenty years. We have always found them to be extremely cu mini-van. This was the fifth vehicle we have purchased from the Jones Dealership in over twenty years. We have always found them to be extremely customer service oriented and willing to go the extra mile to take care of their customers especially when unexpected kinks in the road occur as they do in life. We tend to hold onto our vehicles and have always used the service dept. for all of our maintenance needs. The Toyota service manager, Joe Sweitzer, is a real asset to the Jones Dealership in our opinion. He has helped us numerous times and always comes through and is extremely pleasant to deal with. Jen Holbrook in the Toyota After Market Dept. has also been extremely efficient and very pleasant in helping us with the extras that we purchased such as the undercoating, paint & interior protection, etc. that Jones offers to keep vehicles looking their best. She follows up with her customers to make sure they are happy and satisfied. John Hightower was our salesman this time around and was knowledgeable about Toyota's product features and spent numerous hours over several days with us so we could select the right vehicle for our needs at this point in time. He was also very pleasant to deal with. The overall man in charge, Steve Smeltzer, is always going out of his way to be his pleasant and helpful self. He really wants his customers to be happy with their purchase and makes coming back for service needs very comfortable and pleasant with free food, t.v.'s, etc. in the lounge areas. My husband and I really couldn't imagine going anywhere else and being this satisfied. We hope the Jones dealership stays around for a very long time and continues treating everyone as a valued customer like they have done for years. In our opinion, you can trust them to come through for you. More
