They gave me a great finance rate from Toyota Financial Institute Lower than my bank offered me, and a $500. rebate. The salesman was very nice professional and accommodating. I don't know about the services yet because I haven't gotten my first oil change. But I do think it's a wonderful thing to have free Oil changes for a lifetime. And free car washes because I live in a townhouse and it is very difficult to wash my car. And yes if I get another car I will go to Jones Toyota. She added the oil change on without any problems. I requested my SUV be returned to me by a specific time and it was there with time to spare. My vehicle was returned clean and with an explanation on how to work my wonderful remote start. I follow up call by Jim was made the next day to see if I had and questions. The service was great from pick up to drop off. This is a great dealership to have service. More
