Buying a car from Jones Toyota was the absolute best car buying experience. They did everthing for me and it was so easy and hassle free. I tried purchasing a car here some years ago and didn't like my experience at Jones' at all but since that time I took my Camry back for a recall and was treated very well. I explained to the person I had to leave by a certain time for another appointment and they had me out of the shop on time. Although I have to return to complete the repair as the part had to be ordered I was very pleased with their service and their customer service. I am big on customer service as I am a manager of a service and require top notch customer service so I appreciate it when I see it. More

Plus, we also take our 1999 Toyota 4Runner there for service. Everyone on the sales and service team is extremely friendly, helpful, outgoing and pleasant. I recently was there with my infant son for a routine service on the 1999 4Runner and the service team worked quickly to ensure I was in and out in a timely fashion so I did not have to wait a long time with my baby. I consistently see the same faces and my husband always brings his truck to the same service team. We are extremely happy with Jones! More
