I purchased my car at Jones. Then I started going to Castle/Darcar for service. I will never go back to Darcar because they were charging me a documentation handeling fee. I visit Jones Toyota for service every six months. Always, the employees are very friendly. The waiting area is large, there is free coffee, tea, snacks, etc. Also a free manicure is available.
