I purchased my car at Jones. Then I started going to Castle/Darcar for service. I will never go back to Darcar because they were charging me a documentation handeling fee. Salespeople, at times, are much too aggressive; the main goal being to fill their pouches rather than satisfy the customer. Jones has been blessed with "people-persons" that strive to please prospective buyers. Have had this Camry serviced at this dealership for four (4) years plus. Service per- sonnel are very pleasant and well-schooled in service recommendations. My recent pleasure was dealing with Assistant Service Manager, Catherine A. Greenwall. Her understanding and personality were most commendable; indeed an asset to your organ ization. I trust and pray her achievement is being rewarded. More

I visit Jones Toyota for service every six months. Always, the employees are very friendly. The waiting area is large, there is free coffee, tea, snacks, etc. Also a free manicure is available. Upon arrival, Dave Crocken, Advisor, did a courtesy inspection of my car, and advised me of the work that will be performed. Then the car is worked on, washed, and again the advisor inspects the car to make sure everything was done. The employees at Jones Toyota are very knowledgeable and I trust them with my Avalon. More
