They charged me over $70 to screw on a gas cap. Really, over $70 to screw on a gas cap? and the car was under warranty. I even approached the service manager and he stated that the time the mechanic had over $70 to screw on a gas cap? and the car was under warranty. I even approached the service manager and he stated that the time the mechanic had to spend doing the work was "one hour". I was also told that this is a very common issue with Toyota and they see it all the time, so then why spend an hour? These two statements do not support one another. What an easy way to make money from unsuspecting public on a regular common basis. Get real, one hour to screw on a gas cap? can you imagine the gas lines if every one took an hour loosening a gas cap and one hour tightening a gas cap? Decency has left the building folks. My Highlander was in for a brake recall. After servicing the problem, we had to take the car back two days later because the brakes were not working properly. Initially (before even driving or checking the the problem, we had to take the car back two days later because the brakes were not working properly. Initially (before even driving or checking the car), the service person (name unknown) tried to tell my wife that she was probably imagining the difference in the brakes. After taking the car to the service area and having it inspected, he said that there actually was an air bubble in the brake line and it had to be re-bled. They did fix the problem and now the brakes are fine. So, overall, not a bad experience because they fixed the problem, but not a good one. More
My Highlander was in for a brake recall. Feb 17 2011. Jones recommanded that I have my Transmission fluid changed, and the back brakes adjusted. I agreed to do so. I picked up my car and found it to have a thumping in the pedal and noise coming from the brakes.I returned to have it checked out Jones told me it was because they washed the car the brakes got wet. Feb 18 still same problem 24 hrs later (should be dry by now) I returned car Feb 18. I left the car Jones gave me a loaner at their expense. Same problem as dheath wrote: wish I had read his comment before going in for recall. I could have asked them to also bleed the brake line. Also the rear rotor needed to be resurfaced and readjusted.The Ian team rechecked my car and now it seems to be back to normal. Thanks Ian Team wish you had worked on my car the first day I was in there. Now I know who to ask for my next service. Overall experience I should not have to return 2 additional times to get it fixed right. But everyone was very one was polite. More
Had 30,000 mile maintenance done on my Corolla. Cost $300 for fuel injector cleaning and alignment which is reasonable considering I had a loaner for 24 hours. The wait times are a bit long. The drop off the car and get the loaner took over an hour. To pick up my car and turn in the loaner took 45 minutes. But the work is good, the car runs and more importantly the car stops, so all is good. More

Upon entering the dealer ship, the employees were attentive and the service area was clean. Even though, it took 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete a oil change, the time pasted quickly because I ha attentive and the service area was clean. Even though, it took 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete a oil change, the time pasted quickly because I had a manicure and hot dogs for lunch. We had last dealt with Jones Junction Toyota about six years ago. Recently, we were not treated well at another Toyota dealership and decided to return to Jones Junction. We are glad that we did and would highly recommend our salesman -- Jerry Flores -- to anyone who is in the market for a new Toyota. He and the other employees at Jones went out of their way to introduce themselves and make sure all of our questions were answered. The service since the sale has been exceptional. When they say "you are now part of the family" they actually treat you better than some family members treat each other! We drive past several other Toyota dealerships to get to Jones, and for good reason. I am glad we are back at Jones Junction. More
